I don't see a design or theme I need for a cake topper. Do you do custom requests?

Yes! I can help with any design or theme of your party. If there is not a theme on the site that you need, message me to discuss your needs.
I just ordered an item from your site, when will it ship?

Thank you for your order! Each item is handmade with love. In order to get your customization just right, production time varies from 2-4 days after order is placed. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. Production time 2-4 days and then the order ships. Order your items in advance of your event to ensure you receive them on time.
What is your return policy?

Great Question! Due to the personalized nature of the items there is no exchange or returns. Please be sure to double check the names you provide for customization, to ensure no spelling errors. Only exception: If there was a mistake made on our end, we will work with you to correct the matter whether that means reworking your order or a refund.
How do I wash my custom shirts?

To ensure the longevity of your item, a care card is sent with each order. Please wash in cold water and with no bleach. If needed tumble dry on low, hang drying is highly recommended. Do not iron directly over the design/image.
